Successfully led both Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Certified in Financials and Public Sector solutions. Recognized SAP AG trainer, delivering standard SAP trainings and staying up to date on innovations.

Project Delivery Approach

I apply the SAP Activate methodology across all project phases, from pre-scoping to go-live. I begin the projects by identfying the scope with traceability matrix and BPMN flows following SAP best practices, validating and aligning it during the business kickoff, and capture concerns and shape next steps.

For Greenfield implementations, I lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to align requirements with S/4HANA standards, configure and test solutions, address gaps via demos or POCs, and deliver approved process documentation and WRICEF specifications.

For Brownfield conversions, I lead readiness and ATC checks, document the S/4HANA data model to support integration, co-create ATC corrections with developers, assess interface adaptations, and oversee functional conversion post-technical migration.

In Roadmaps, Assessments, and Pre-studies, I analyze the existing landscape, run discovery and confirmation workshops, define release strategies, identify dependencies, establish governance, estimate costs and efforts, and deliver tailored strategic recommendations.

Across all projects, I define and execute the testing strategy (Unit, String, Integration, Regression, UAT), ensure E2E consistency, deliver end-user training, and manage cutover and go-live. I maintain stakeholder alignment through steering committees and decision boards, using tools such as S/4HANA, ATC, Solution Manager, Signavio, Jira, and ALM.
